He is survived by: his former wife Patricia "Pat" Carolyn Lax; his wife Kaye Russell-Harris of Wills Point, TX; his daughter Glenna Renee Williams (Mike) of Wills Point, TX; his daughter-in-law Amy Harris of Plano, TX; his children, Carlos Rios (Becky) of Maple Valley, WA and Lisa Martinez (Gonzalo) of Forney, TX; his grandchildren, Kevin Glen Williams, Benjamin Dee Williams, Phillip (Shelby Martinez), Kyle (Benjamin Rios), Racy and Marisa (Symantha King); his brother Jon Lowell Harris (Deb Golata) of Berkley, CA; his brothers-in-law, Ricky Russell (Christy Ortiz) of Lake Dallas, TX and Harvey Walston of Texarkana, TX; and his close friends, Benny, Kay Mitchell, Bob, Charlene Miller and Jimmy Lipsey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
