He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Edward Hale and Lucille Bernice Smith Hale. He is survived by: his wife Toni Hale of Wills Point, TX; his daughter Jennie Tobin (Peter) of Wills Point, TX; his granddaughter Hannah Tobin of Wills Point, TX; and his siblings, Randy Hale (Dorothy) of Sachse, TX and Brenda Hale Pederson of Lavon, TX.
