He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Earl Riley and Ruby Juanita Rains Riley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Riley of Wills Point, Texas; his sons, Wayne Riley (Tracy) of Quinlan and Adam Riley of Wills Point, Texas; his sister Linda Felts (Randy) of Galveston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Cody, Nathan, Nikki, Joshua, Katie, Amber and Matthew. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 14 nieces, 15 nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
