He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Davidson and Bernice Davidson (Bryant); and his wife Kay Davidson. He is survived by: his children, Charles Edward Sage III and Barbara Sage McMillan; his sister Jen Harris; and his grandchildren, Scott, Garth, David Shipley, Sandra Hooten, Dottie Dube, Riki Wells, Donald Sage and Charles Edward Sage IV. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous great great-grandchildren.
