He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Joe and Adell Malone; his wife Ann Malone; his sister Lillie Brecheisen; his granddaughter Megan Malone; and his great grandchild Kendon Prox.
He is survived by: his spouse Neva Ann Melvin; his children, Cosby Malone (Melanie) of Grand Saline, Mike Malone (Tracy) of Tyler, Milam Malone (Tina Jones) of Princeton and Carol Ann Fellers of Wills Point; his siblings, Charles Gilmore (Rita) of Lindale and Barbara Glasscock; and his grandchildren, Amber Malone of Grand Saline, Makayla Malone of Grand Saline, Wendi Fellers of Wills Point, Josh Malone (Ashley) of McKinney, Candice Brock (Jason) of Princeton, Colton Malone of Princeton, Cason Malone of Princeton, Patrick Malone (Jen) of Tyler, Matthew Malone (Michelle) of Terrell, Chase Malone (Alyssa) of Lindale and Cullen Malone of Tyler. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
