She is survived by: her parent Jackie Webb Scott; her husband Don Kincaid; her daughters, Allison Lane and Madison Lane; her sisters, Jacqueline (Antonio Kiefer) and Amber (Ashley Campbell); her nieces and nephews, Skylar, Amaya, Cody and Elizabeth; her cousins, Benjamin Webb and Valorie Webb Gray; and her mother-in-law Barbara Kincaid.
In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made in Chastity's name to the American Diabetes Association.
