We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Charles Thomas Payne of Wills Point, Texas, born in Kaufman, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father A. H. "Little Man" Payne; his grandparents, C. M., Ollie Payne, Charles and Mary Wood; and his niece Amanda Payne.

He is survived by: his mother Betty Payne; his wife Rita Payne; his siblings, John Payne (Karen), Anthony Payne (Pam) and Linda Payne; and his brother-in-law Alan Richman (Rhonda).

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to the Garland Police Never Walk Alone Foundation.
