He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hawkins and Helen May Hawkins; and his daughter Debra Neameyer. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hawkins of Wills Point; his daughter Carol Louise Adams (Kevin) of Commerce; and his brother Steven Pape Hawkins of Paris. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
