He is survived by: his wife LaJuan Mayfield of Wills Point; his sons, Steve Mayfield of Dallas and Chris Mayfield (Becky) of Wills Point; his stepdaughter Jennifer Griffis (Kevin) of Coppell; his sisters, Barbara Sue Harrelson of Tyler and Carolyn Hooks (James) of Edgewood; his brother-in-law Don Sanders of Wills Point; his grandchildren, Cory Mayfield, Casey Mayfield (Crystal), Amanda Hill, Justin, Dru, Mitch, Matt Mayfield and Connor Griffis; and his great grandchildren, Hawkins, Hazel, Heidi Hill, Julia Vigneault and Carson Mayfield.
