He is survived by: his wife Ann Garner; his daughter Stacey Splawn; his stepchildren, Samantha Marie Bishop, Rachel Gardner and Timothy Ray Bishop; his sisters, Judy Hipp, Wanda White and Franceen Parker (James); his grandchildren, Brady, Haley, Adria, Jacob and Naomi; and his stepgranddaughter Evelyn Rose Gardner. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
