She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Thomas and Ana Thomas; her husband Clarence Haynes; her siblings, Helen Thomas Longcore of Stanley Thomas, II, Joseph Thomas, Nellie Thomas Carr, Patricia Thomas Slade, James Thomas, Philip Thomas and Mary Thomas Esterling; and her grandson Jason Kittle.
She is survived by: her siblings, Henry Thomas and Vivian Thomas Williams; and her children, Karen Gardner (Roger) of Ben Wheeler, Sandra Kittle of Fort Worth, Misti Haynes Bury (Shawn) of Wills Point and Weldon Haynes (Mandy) of Wills Point. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
