He was predeceased by: his father Richard Purdy; his daughter Rebekah Pirtle; and his brother-in-law Bill Reffitt. He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Hume (Frank), Linda Reffitt and Annette McCallum (David); and his grandchildren, Adam Pirtle, Brittney Smock, Brandon Pirtle, Destany Stark and Jeremy Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.
