He is survived by: his wife Laquita; his daughters, Mandy Nation (Corey) and Christy Templeton (Erik); his grandchildren, Amelia, Lorelei, Hailey, Julie and Collin; his brother Davis Gruver; and his nieces and nephews, Mindy Thompson, Molly Ingersol, Amy Gravitt, Jason and Austin Gruver.
