She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Steven Newman-Palhegyi and Frieda Newman-Palhegyi; her husband Albert Ziegler; her sons, Jeffrey Paul and John Michael Ziegler; her former husbands, Wallace Southall and Clem Miller; her siblings, John Palhegyi and Rebecca McElyea; her grandchildren, Danielle Violet Pauls, Lance Jeffrey Ziegler and John Michael (Susan); and her great grandchildren, Addison and Christian Ziegler. She was also cherished by 6 nieces and 3 nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
