He was predeceased by : his son-in-law Trey Roaten; his sister Norma Jean Hale; his father-in-law David Casey; and his brother-in-law Dave Casey. He is survived by : his wife Rita Casey; his daughters, Robin, Heather and Hannah; his grandchildren, Austin, Kate, Hunter and Harrison; and his great grandchildren, AJ and Andy. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization Tom held close to his heart.
