Though Monica Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Randy Grimes; her sons, Randy Grimes, Jr. and Christopher John Grimes; her children-in-law, Nichol Grimes and Elizabeth Grimes; her brother Donnie Smith (Melodi Smith); her niece Hannah Smith; her mother Anita Smith; and her grandson Brayden Grimes.
In lieu of flowers or services, Monica requested that her loved ones celebrate her memory in a uniquely joyful way—by spraying a bottle of Coke like a festive champagne toast.
