He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Werner and Evelyn Werner (Causbie); his former wife Donna Kay Werner; and his children, Christopher Lee Werner and DeAnna Kay Werner.
He is survived by: his son Jim Bob Werner of Weatherford, Texas; his grandchildren, Courtney Werner, Micheal Werner, Dustin Werner and Kelli Duncan; his great grandchildren, Kyndi Werner, AllieFaye Flores, Ashlyn Werner and Haislee Woodson; and his fiancée Charlene Moyer. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
