She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lockhart and Tennie Lockhart; her husband JW Lewis; her siblings, James Lockhart, Carl "Dub" Lockhart, Charles and Dorothy Travis; her children, Ronnie Lewis and Donna Barnett; and her grandson Samuel Lewis.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Lewis of Las Vegas, Darrell Lewis of Lake Worth and Paul Lewis of Granbury; her son-in-law Bill Barnett of Aledo, Texas; and her grandchildren, Lori Beal, Melissa Jenkins, Randy Nowlin, Mark Nowlin and Thomas Banda. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
