She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Kelley and Janice Kelley; and her stepfather David Gibson. She is survived by: her husband Gerry Lewis; her children, Crystal Pfeil (Benjamin) and Steven Lewis; and her granddaughter Trinity Pfeil. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for prayers of peace and comfort during this hard time. Donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in her honor.
