It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Ulm of Willis, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda Ulm to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Johnson and Frances Johnson; her siblings, Emmett Johnson, Charles Johnson and Louise Carter; and her son Kent Ulm.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Ulm; her brother Bill Johnson (Peggy Prater); and her children, Karen Mitchell (Craig), Mike Holmes (Renee) and Kathi Schlinger (LeaAnn). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home - Willis (10129 FM 1097, Willis, TX 77318). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Bethel Cemetery (14895 Bethel Rd, Montgomery, TX 77356). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honor her can be made to Romanian Christian Enterprises or Samaritan's Purse.
