He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Myers Rutherford and Roy Calvert Rutherford Jr.; and his brother Harold Marcus Rutherford. He is survived by: his children, Lori Albright, Justin Rutherford, Branden Ferrell and Marvin Perry; and his sister Pamela Rutherford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and 8 grandchildren.
