With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max Ellis Duke of Willis, Texas, who passed away on January 14, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Duke and Avie Inez Duke; and his daughter Darlene Inez. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Douglas, Terry and Timothy; his brother Ellis Duke; his grandchildren, Robby, Jill, Grace and Forest; and his nieces and nephews, Raymond, Phillip, Dana, Tina, Doddi, April, Lauren and Ashley.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 2100 Tickner St., Conroe, Texas 77301.
