She was predeceased by: her husband Elza Ralph Riggs; her parents, Philip Marion Morgart and Sarah Eshelman Morgart; her sisters, Ruth, Rae, Betty and Sarah (Robert); her son Charlie Riggs; her children-in-law, Donna Harp Riggs, Judy Riggs and Steve Lisenbe; and her nieces, Linda Baber and Sally Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Hong Kong, Flu, Jim Riggs (Carol) of Lufkin, TX, Ralph Riggs of Groveton, TX, John Riggs (Merline) of Arlington, TX and Margie Riggs of Willis, TX; her daughter-in-law Stephanie Brittain Riggs; her daughter Mari Ann Riggs Lisenbe of Willis, TX.; and her grandchildren, Colleen Riggs Thompson (Mike), David Riggs, Sally Riggs Freedle (Scott) of California, Highlands Ranch, Richey Riggs, Kapa', Dianna Lewis Grey of Austin, TX, Robert Lewis (Heather), Edinburgh, Sheryse Lang of Brookshire, TX, Matthew Riggs of Crockett, TX, Trevor Lang (Leah) of Marietta, GA, Roxy Mounter (Nick) of Houston, TX, Phil Riggs (Sharla) of Huntsville, TX, Mike Riggs (Val) of Cypress, TX, Gina Riggs Russenberger (Craig) of Bigalow, AR, Robert Riggs (Lauren), Christopher Riggs (Preeta), Jacob Lisenbe (Candie) of Panorama, TX, Michael Lisenbe (Gracie) and Thirty. She is also survived by grandkids, Grandma Riggs had a LOT of them. 17 grandchildren. 31 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren.
She lived through WWI, The "Spanish" Flu of 1918-1919, her mom's illness and passing at an early age, The Great Depression, WWII, loss of all her siblings, loss of her spouse of 80 years, loss of children and loved ones, Hong Kong flu, Flu of 2017-18, and Covid.
