We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2023, at the age of 87, Marlene Swanson of Willis, Texas, born in Alton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Swanson; her parents, Virgil Kitzmiller and Viola Vinyard; her brother Bill Vinyard; and her granddaughter Melisa Grimm.

She is survived by: her brothers, Maurice, John and Danny Vinyard; and her children, LeeAnn Pali (Robert), Mary Hoffmann (Kelly), Lisa Grimm, Jeannie Scott and Dale Hanks (Paige). She is also survived by 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
