She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Zabawa and Pauline Zabawa; her husband Fred; and her siblings, Dorothy (John Krezinski), Richard (Merline Zabawa) and Edward (Inge Zabawa).
She is survived by: her children, Fred Muzyka (Verna), Cynthia Hogan (Jack), Joan Wilganowski (Henry), Alton Muzyka (Lynda) and Wanda Belinowski (Donald); her brother Albin Zabawa (Carolyn) of Fayetteville, GA; and her sisters-in-law, Eva Bigham of Chapin, SC and Helen Muzyka of Houston, TX. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
