He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Earl Siems and Lydia Kaluza Siems; and his brother Danny Earl. He is survived by: his wife Toni Siems; his sister Linda Sue Matejek (Michael); his niece Stacey Matejek; his great-niece G'Angela; and his grandchildren, Tiffani, Sam Paine, Jessica, Stan O'Hagan, Tasha, Jason Daniels, Brittney, Stephen Goudeau, Tanner, Ashley Siems and Kimi Inglet.
