He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bankhead and Shirlee Bankhead; and his brother Steve Bankhead. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Miller Chancellor; his sons, Eric Bankhead (Jannita) and Jeremy Bankhead; his stepchildren, Micah Hill (Brian) and Jeffrey Chancellor (Leslie); his grandchildren, Joshua Bankhead, Melody Bankhead, Caroline Bankhead, Brett Hill, Kalyn Hill, William Chancellor and Elliott Chancellor; his brothers, Mitch Bankhead and Rick Bankhead (Brenda); and his close friend Lacy.
