He was predeceased by: his parents, George Santos and Margaret Santos; and his brothers, Jerry and Paul Santos. He is survived by: his close friend Linda Hochman; and his family, Georganna Addington, Cynthia Santos, Margaret Santos and Carolyn Santos. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Kidney Foundation.
