He is survived by: his wife Lucena; his children, Michelle Price (Brent), Richard Mullins Jr. (Lauren), Brandi Mullins and Khris Coffey (Kara); his grandchildren, Jessica Sutton (Casey), Tyler Mullins, Kayla Gioiello (Holden), Bailey Mullins, Hayden Mullins, Nick Gioiello, Connor Coffey, Cullen Coffey and Noah Gioiello; his great grandchildren, Kensey, Conner, Magnolia, Iris and Kasen; and his siblings, Susie Chapman, Patricia Self (Howard) and Frank Mullins (Suzanna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
