She is survived by: her son William Ross Phipps, III; her grandsons, Quillan, Quinlan "Quinn", William Ross Phipps, IV and Nathaniel "Nate" Phipps; her nieces, Lynda Donelson and Wendy McGahey; and her nephew John Phipps.
