She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Ann and Everette Layton Brown. She is survived by: her husband Kennard F. Hill; her stepdaughter Allison Hill; her son-in-law Jeff Becko; her granddaughter Brigitte Becko; her stepson Michael Hill; her sister Sharon Turner; her brother-in-law Dave; her brother Rick Brown; her sister-in-law Shelley; and her nieces and nephews, Shannon, Brent, Walker, Layton Nalley, Darin, Amanda, Dax Turner, Julie Tripp, Jessica, Matt Whitfield, Chris, Kendra, Conner and Cohen Hill.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Shirley's name to the Humane Society of Wichita County, Boys and Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls, and Hospice of Wichita Falls.
