She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dewey Chandler and Ruth Chandler (Kilgore); and her caregiver Kay. She was also cherished by cousins, many friends, colleagues and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). The lying in state will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lamar Baptist Church (1100 Harrison St, Wichita Falls, TX 76309).
