He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Richard Amon; his wife Virginia Amon of Wichita Falls; his children, John Amon (Mary) of Irving and Laura Baker (Daniel); his stepdaughter Kathy Garcia; his stepgrandson David Garcia; and his grandchildren, Matthew Amon, Michael Amon, Mark Amon and May Ellen Willis.
