She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Andrew and Eula Dovie Collier (Barnes); her former husbands, Cecil Streich and Mack Knight; her sons, Antone "Tony" Ruddy and Sammy Ruddy; her grandson Chad Ruddy; and her siblings, Pauline Doyle, Janis Kay Herring, Neal Collier, Jack Collier, Stean "Doc" Collier, Richard "Rip" Collier and Joe Collier.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hoepfner; her sister Sally Mataska Holt; her sisters-in-law, Martha Collier and Emma Lee Collier Gilmore; her children, Cody Ruddy (Beckie), Tommy Ruddy (Donna) and Sherry McGee (Joe); and her daughter-in-law Julie Ruddy. She is also survived by grandchildren; countless great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Crestview Memorial Park (1917 Archer City Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76302).
