She is survived by: her children, Cara Cowan Scott of Dadeville, Candace Cowan of Wichita Falls, Dr. Cecil Cowan III of Texarkana and Chad Cowan of Wichita Falls; her children-in-law, Cory Scott and Tammy Cowan; and her grandchildren, Cole Scott, Camryn Scott, Wyatt Cowan, Gabriella Cowan, Baylee Cowan, Cordelia Cowan and Clayton Cowan.
