As Orlan Spain departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Orlan Spain. Though Orlan Spain may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlan T. Reynolds and Virginia Reynolds (Yoder); his wife Sarah Reeves; and his sons, John Paul and Tommy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ann Franklin (Eddie), Orene Willis and LaDonna Walker (Rory); and his sister Reba House. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crestview Memorial Park (1917 Archer City Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76302).
