He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wiist and Ida Wiist; his wife Jayne Stipe Wiist; and his siblings, Elmer Wiist, Herbert Wiist, Darlene Sexton, Rosemary Garrett and Dorothy Brock.
He is survived by: his sister Clara Banning of San Antonio; his children, Debra Wiist of Wichita Falls, Vicki Wiist Williams (Bruce) of Oklahoma City and Milton "Beau" Wiist Jr. of Lake Belton; his grandchild Dana Williams Manning (Jason); his children, Kevin Williams (Jessica), John Paul Wiist (Tina) and Alaina Wiist Clariday; and his great grandchildren, Dani Williams, Hudson Manning, Ellison Manning and Jaxsen Clariday.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Hurnville Cemetery.
