Martha Jo left this world on January 19, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blanscet and Lorine Blanscet (Harris); her spouse Jerry Woody; her daughter Phyllis Barrett; and her son-in-law Kim Barrett.
She is survived by: her close friend Benny Swinney; her daughter Christine Doyle (Daniel); her grandchildren, Amanda Barrett (Chris Shankle), Kevin Barrett (Joy), J. D. Doyle and Devin Doyle (Randi Kenyon); her great grandchildren, Aleah Williams, Hazley Doyle, Kinzley Doyle and Blane Barrett; and her sister Jean Swinney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sale Barn Cowboy Church (12914 US-287, Wichita Falls, TX 76305).
