He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl and Melva Arlene Buzzard (Hunt); and his brothers, Clarence and Robert Buzzard. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie Culipher of Iowa Park and Tammie Eland of Wichita Falls; his grandsons, Lance Corporal Kyle Culipher and Tyler Culipher of Iowa Park; and his aunt Norma.
