He was predeceased by: his parents, Miguel Ortiz and Joba Ortiz; and his wife Diana Garcia Ortiz. He is survived by: his son Adrian Daniel Cervantez of Wichita Falls; his sisters, Consuelo and Ofelia of Mexico; his grandsons, Alejandro D Cervantez, Angelo D Cervantez, Adam D Cervantez, Aydenn D Cervantez, Aryan D Cervantez, Aaron D Cervantez and Azariah D Cervantez; his nephew Chon; and his nieces, Sylvia Ortiz of Mexico and Alejandra Ortiz Killeen.
