She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Cecil and Earnestine Virginia Markham (Ward); her husband James Carl "J. C." McDonald; and her son Michael McDonald. She is survived by: her children, Donna Baker (R. W.) of Charlie, TX and David McDonald (Becky); and her grandchildren, Amy Ashmore (Chris), Benjamin McDonald and Beckett McDonald.
