We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2024, at the age of 78, Helen Ruth Broadnax in Wichita Falls, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Helen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Helen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, King Young Jr. and Elsie Young. She is survived by: her children, Latanya Renee Young and James Edward Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ainsworth & Young Funeral Home (822 Roosevelt St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ (714 Bonner St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301).
