It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Rubane of Wichita Falls, Texas, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frank touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Frank" RuBane and Elaine RuBane (Frisch); his wife Janis RuBane (Ballenger); and his daughter Rebecca RuBane. He is survived by: his sister Dr. Joan RuBane of LaQuinta; and his son Tom RuBane of Denver, Colorado.. He is also survived by his friends, coworkers.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lunn's Colonial Chapel (2812 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (117 E Noble Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Summit View Cemetery.
