He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Crume (Bird) and Wayne Crume; and his brother Kim. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Crume-Lampe; his granddaughter Isabella Melissa Lampe; his stepson Brad Huff (Laura); and his stepgrandsons, Brandon and Brady.
