He was predeceased by: his parents, Jearl and Mozelle; his stepmother Beryl; his brother Allen Canafax; and also, Donny and Butch.
He is survived by: his wife Faye of Wichita Falls; his sister Carolyn Elmore (Phil) of Gainesville; his sister-in-law Diane Canafax of Wichita Falls; his stepsister Jenny Wall (James) of Lubbock; his son Joshua Canafax (Jordan) of Colorado Springs; his grandchildren, Owen, Finley, Hannah and Hayes; his son Zachary Canafax (Jenna) of Wichita Falls; and his grandsons, Elliott and Miles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (909 10th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301).
