We bid farewell to Bobby Lee Oden of Wichita Falls, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 6, 2024 at the age of 85. Bobby Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Bobby Lee shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bobby Lee farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Oden and Beatrice Oden; his sisters, Betty Walker-Allen, Patsy Gabbert and Mary Lyle; his wife Alice Jeanne Belk; and his daughter Kelly Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Douglas (Susan). He is also survived by five grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home (2812 Midwestern Pkwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the University United Methodist Church (3405 Taft Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76308). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Crestview Memorial Park (1917 Archer City Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76302).
