She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Watts and Laura Watts (Blackburn); her husband John Thomas Parks (JT); and her sons, Luther and Lonny Parks.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Blevins and Johnny Parks. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home (1317 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crestview Memorial Park (1917 Archer City Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76302).
