It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dale Nelson of Whitney, Texas, born in Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Kim "Sunshine" Nelson; his grandson Dakota Sinclair; his brother Robert Nelson; and his pet Cinnamon. He is survived by: his wife Jean; and his children, Terry Nelson (Leigh) of Houston, Harold Sinclair (Susan) of Whitney, Loretta Stuart (Jerry) of Burleson and Donna Lummus of Egan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and had many great-grandchildren.
The family kindly requests that any charitable donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Bill's name.
