He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mullins; his son Amos Ray Mullins; his grandchildren, Avery Mullins, Axel Mullins and Colton Mullins; and his siblings, Dwight Anderson Mullins, Keith Mullins (Lawanna), Deborah Kay Pugh (Roger), Teresa Dianne Porter and Brenda Williams (Mark). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
