He is survived by: his mother Julia Ann Schmidt of Whitney, Texas; and his daughters, Vickie Massey (Amos Massey) of Whitney, Tracie (Doug Swilley) of Whitney and Lana (Mike Downs). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
